Everything was good, met the demands, and the staff were excellent and helpful people at reservation or office. Hotel's location was comfortable, near the night market. Besides, it was close to the beach and restaurants, Thailand, and the many restaurants on Jomtien beach road.

The Hotel is perfect situated if you like to stay close to the beach, and also like to have a good alternative to swimming pool in hotel. The security is very good. The staff is very nice and service minded, and speaks English very well. To my opinion, based on 20 years as a yearly visitor to Thailand, this hotel suites for both family/friends and and alone travelers. Good value for money! Thanks for a very nice stay. I gladly come back.

Booked the hotel for its comfortable and magnificent location next to the beach and shops, close to Thailand in general and the night market. the staff were extremely friendly and amiable, offering us great tips. - Enjoyed having a laptop-compatible safe, an iron, and an electronic key card in the room.

Very good value for money!! For the price I only expected a decent hotel room but instead I got an actual apartment with kitchen and all. Great surprise! TV's in the living room and bedroom and good reliable Internet. Staff all spoke English and very helpful. Jomtien Beach only a minute walk away. Will stay there again.

Nice room and very friendly and flexible people in the sales office, speaking good English. This place is not a real hotel but a long term residence building which also sells rooms on daily basis. Close to the beach but very peacefull.

They should teach better manner the security/cleaning staff, I was there with my Thai fiance (an educated lady, living in the West, from a good family, having a good job in bKK) and they looked at her very down like she was a "bar girl".. not greeting her etc... but in general I can recommend that place.

I loved my stay at jomtien beach residence, for the price it was better than excellent, the staff were very friendly the suite was immaculate and best of all its was really peaceful,i was there with my girlfriend but would recommend this hotel for families young couples in fact anyone, I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

The staff are very friendly and they helped by giving good suggestions. The hotel is a nice place to bring the family and relax. If hair dyer is kept in the room would have been more comfortable rather than asking from the front office.
